Kyo-yaki Peony Yunomi teacup (pair)
A beautiful example of Kyo-yaki (Kyoto style ceramics) hand glazed and painted porcelain from Hozan Kiln. While simple appearing initially, looking at the details helps to distinguish these yunomi (taller teacup) from mass-produced wares. In the latter pictures, one can see the variation in line thickness painted in the beautiful blue cobalt Zaffer glaze.
